You could consider for this problem, the bike is stationary and the boy pushes himself off at a velocity of 3.5 m/sec. The resulting recoil (Newton’s 3rd.) will propel the bicycle and girl forward at a decided rate. Finally, just add 3.5 to the answer.
As you have not given masses for the bike, the girl, and the boy, the only answer here would be a formula.

A hybrid bike would be good for you for both the summer and the school year. Add a rear rack, and put a large stainless steel basket on it. You will be able to throw in books, bags, even a large bag of groceries with no muss or fuss.

If your interest is mote into long distance ride outs and aggressive exercise, a drop bar ‘racer’ would be a great fit for you!

a bicycle helmet covers mainly the top part of the head while a skateboarding helmet covers a larger area of the head including the sides. I would reccomend a skateboard helmet for a five year old. Make sure he’s comfortable with the helmet(not too loose, not too tight)

I graduated from SDSU and haven’t seen that study, there is no logic behind it. bicycle crunches really only stimulate the rectus abdominis isometrically. the hip flexors are performing the majority of the work, the rectus abdominis is neither being lengthened or shortened so it’s receiving minimal stimulation

technically but you don’t even need to perform any abdominal training to have a 6-pack you only need to have low body fat.

Go the the local bike shop and check out the hybrid or comfort bikes. They are very lite and comfortable to ride. Stay away from Walmart and other department stores those bikes are junk.
